Mimir Group is happy to announce that the acquisition of Billerud Managed Packaging has been closed according to plan. Unboxing and carve-out of the new Mimir Group subsidiary is ongoing. In tandem with the acquisition Managed Packaging will be given a new name (to be communicated in due course).
