Erik has extensive private equity and investment management experience from work across Europe and North America. In addition to overseeing transactions, he leads financial due diligence and is responsible for the firms limited partner liaison. MSc Finance, Stockholm School of Economics.

As CEO/Chairman of companies such as Allgon, Biotage, SmartTrust, Nordic Access Buyout Fund, Dr. Jeff Bork has an extensive 30 year + leadership career across technology, manufacturing and healthcare companies. Jeff leads operational due diligence, chairs portfolio company boards and oversees portfolio company operational improvement. MBA (IMD), PhD Biochemistry, and MSc Chemistry.

Dan is an Operations Partner. He leads key aspects of Mimir Group's portfolio company transformation initiatives to drive operational full potential. He brings expertise and passion for shaping and executing transformative growth agendas - a keystone in our carve-out acquisitions.

Dan's background include extensive experience from industry and consulting working for companies such as Nobia, Electrolux, McKinsey, PwC and Shell where he has held senior positions. Dan holds a Msc in Business Administration from Lund University

Marie is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Mimir overseeing all financial reporting and debt financing of Mimir Group divisions. In addition to these responsibilities Marie oversees strategic projects and supports the M&A team in acquisition projects.
Marie has over 20 years in finance leadership roles, most recently serving as Aura Light Group's CFO. She has held key positions, including Managing Director Nordics at Tyrolit, CFO at CorpNordic Group, and Head of Finance at Swedish Orphan Biovitrum. Marie started her career at EY as an auditor and consultant. She has an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Umeå Business School which included one year at Melbourne University, Australia.

Ondrej leads all aspects of Operational IT and ERP in Mimir Group acquisitions and carve-out projects. Ondrej's experience as an IT professional spans over 15 years across product development, support, and project management. During his career he worked and consulted for companies such us McKinsey&Company, Mojang Studios, and InnSpire. His expertise lies in driving implementation and managing transformation initiatives.

Mr. Chapuis is responsible for Global Business Development at Mimir Group, based in the firms London office.

Prior to joining Mimir Group, Pierre worked for SRO Motorsport Group (the world’s leader in the organisation and promotion of national and international motorsports championships) and BCA Research, responsible for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Mr. Chapuis holds a Master in Management and a M.Sc. in Corporate finance and Banking from EDHEC Business School.

Stuart is a Vice President in the Operations group of Mimir and oversees financial reporting and group compliance topics. Prior to Mimir he has been CFO of a range of companies across Manufacturing and Technology/Software. Chartered Accountant, Bachelor of Science (University of Aberdeen).

Nick is a Vice President M&A and Finance. He works with Mimir Group acquisitions, divestments and financing topics.

Prior to joining Mimir Group, Nick worked in Investment Banking for R.W. Baird & Co. and Progress Partners in the United States with equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for industrial and technology companies. Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fordham University, New York.

Henry is a Partner in Mimir. Since 2022 he is an industrial advisor to certain Mimir Group companies, particularly in the manufacturing and business services sectors. Historically he has worked for companies such as Husqvarna, ESAB, SAAB Automobile, TI Group and Bundy Refrigeration, Henry has an extensive 30 year + global career as divisional head, functional head and CEO across global manufacturing and services companies. MSc Eng. from Chalmers.

Janne joined Mimir as an Industrial Partner in 2021. He has a long background from operational roles as CEO and divisional head of various technology and industrial companies and as a Private Equity executive.

Mr. Ciemnyjewski is the MD and carries operational responsibility for Euroatlas AG.

Mr Salo is the MD and operationally responsible for Recion OY and its group companies.
