Mimir acquires assets from Koskisen OY

Mimir forms the new company Oiva Wood Solutions

MIMIR INVEST AB a global investment firm acquiring mature and growing companies, through an affiliate, today announces the acquisition of the prefabricated housing and roof truss manufacturing assets of Koskisen Oy, forming a new company called Oiva Wood Solutions Ltd

Headquartered in Finland, Oiva Wood Solutions is a provider of prefabricated housing, roof trusses as well as intermediate and roof components sold primarily in the Nordic region.

”We have long been looking for a successor willing to develop Housing Industry’s operations, and that is why we are very satisfied with the transaction.
